With a strong commitment to sustainability, Bolon designs and manufactures all products in its facility in Sweden using only renewable energy. To further strengthen our Global Marketing Department, we are now looking for a qualified Web Coordinator.

THE ROLE:

Join us during an exciting time as we expand our Global Marketing team into a full-service in-house department. In this role you will be working with a dynamic group of people that love to create new dimensions. You’ll enjoy being operational in overseeing day-to-day web administration activities and updates to develop our online presence.

YOU WILL:

· Together with our team you’ll be responsible for keeping our global and local websites updated

· You’ll manage our sites together with our web designer, developer, and project manager

· The role is very hands on, and you’ll administrate the content of the websites by working in our CMS system

· Monitoring, analyzing and reporting on websites performance metrics

· Regularly update all our digital services with the right pictures and materials so that they are up to date

· Rename all images and have a working structure internally and externally

· Contact with translation agencies and copywriter

WE BELIEVE THAT THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBES YOU PRETTY WELL:

· You have experience working with website projects

· Technical competence and understanding of web content management and CMS platforms

· Knowledge of SEO, measurement and follow-up of digital platforms

· Experience within Pimcore, BIM and Pecon is a plus

· Strong project management skills and excellent in execution

· A team player who likes to work in a project-based environment

· Fluent in Swedish and English

· Experience of working with B2B and design companies is an advantage

· You are based in or willing to relocate to Stockholm
