Vice President of Business Development to Patriksson

We provide brand strategy and platform development; creative concept and campaign development; as well as tactical implementation of strategic brand communication, with media and influencer relations, direct to consumer activations, community marketing, and event production; all with a foundation in data analysis. Patriksson Group is now looking to hire a VP of Business Development based in Stockholm but operating across all our markets and departments. As VP of Business Development you will work in close collaboration with the VP of Brand Development to lead, organize and develop the three business departments Brand Strategy, Creative Studios and Brand Communication which are centralised in the Sweden HQ but operate across all markets. Your responsibilities will also embrace managing the Swedish organization with the direct responsibility for around 10 people and indirect a staff of around 30 individuals.

This position requires a person who is a strong leader with capabilities in leading through change, who combines a strong sense of vision and development together with operational capabilities in implementation, paired with a deep understanding of our core business of brand strategy and brand communication. You need to be business oriented and be able to demonstrate excellent skills in structuring operations in ways that promote, enable and protect our business interests. Critical requirements encompass budgeting skills including P&L management, excellent negotiation skills, and a proven ability to map client value chains and ecosystems. 

It is furthermore important to us that you are entrepreneurial, driven, service minded and a team player who engages people around you. You will report to CEO of Patriksson  Group and be a member of the Patriksson Group Management Group

 

Required Qualifications:

-       10+ years experience from working with business and brand development and business and/or brand strategy 

-       Several years experience from working with Brand Communication

-       Well documented excellent leadership skills and experience

-       Experience of driving, developing and growing a business/department

-       Extensive, high level network locally and internationally within industry and media

-       Excellent writing skills

-       Entrepreneurial and strategic mind set

-       Solution oriented

-       Fluent in Swedish and English (spoken and written)
