Strategic Project Manager to If Creative Agency (IfCA)

About the role

 

As a Strategic Project Manager, you will have an important role in our internal creative agency, If Creative Agency (IfCA), and be a part of the Swedish team. You will take on the strategic lead role in creative projects, leading and working closely together with different competences at IfCA as well as other stakeholders across If. In your role you will develop and deliver strategic recommendations with a creative twist based on solid reasoning and business understanding. To succeed as a Strategic Project Manager you have the ability to understand the business challenges and needs - and make the complex crisp and clear. 

 

About the team

IfCA consists of 35 people across the Nordics, including agency management, project and production planning team, Art directors, Designers and Copywriters. IfCA also collaborates closely with other competences in the Brand Marketing and Communication Department. We receive a great amount of assignments from the organization and work with all business areas who need our skills and competences. 

Who are you?

We are looking for an experienced strategist and/or account lead with the authority to act as senior advisor in creative assignments. As a Strategic Project Manager you will find yourself working with a broad range of business areas and projects, such as brand portfolio, conceptual development, positioning strategy, brand platform and narrative development. Ideally you have 8+ years experiences from the advertising agency world or consultancy work, you are comfortable defining strategic challenges, facilitating the strategy and creative process and develop recommendations based on business, brand and consumer insights. We think you are a good listener and communicator - working well with different personalities, competences and external partners. You need to have the ability to juggle many tasks at once but we’re in it together and you will have a great support from your team members.

You also have:

·       Academic background from graduate level programs at a well renowned business school. Master degree or equivalent.

·       Experience from business and brand development in B2C and B2B industries.

·       8+ years of experience working with leading strategic projects within marketing and communication.

·       Proven analytical and problem solving skills

·       Experience from agile way of working is a plus.

·       Fluent in one of the Nordic languages, plus English.
