SR PROJECT MANAGER TO CHEIL NORDIC

Our primary client is Samsung Electronics, a leader in consumer electronics and technology as well as Beiersdorf (Nivea), a leader in the skincare industry.

 

As a Sr Project Manager at Cheil Nordic, you will cover both creative problem solving, knowing the details of a project and function as the ”go-to” for both clients and your team. 

 

Combining skills in team leadership, client management and project management, you manage whole scope of work from initiation to completion. You will act as the central point of contact for both project teams and clients. Which entails you to establish project plans, keep track progress, remove obstacles for the team and ensure we deliver premium work on strategy, on time and within budget. 

 

You report intoProject Management Team and will work across digital, physical, and campaign projects. 

The work includes, but is not limited to: 

  • Autonomously manage projects.

  • Together with clients and discipline leads define the scope of projects (objectives, deliverables, schedule, resources, and budget).

  • Manage interdisciplinary teams to execute strategic and conceptual work.

  • Serve as primary contact for a project, managing expectations for clients and internal teams.

  • Support day-to-day communications with internal teams, by coordinating meetings, notes, status reports, task lists etc.

  • Manage third-party vendors.

  • Author and negotiate Scope of Work, client contracts, and change notices.

  • Identify, track and mitigate risk in projects, and escalating appropriately.

  • Manage client procurement systems (i.e., BQMS), invoicing, and completion reports.

WHO ARE YOU?

 

You have an Academic Education and/or a Higher Education within Project Management, Communications and Marketing. You have most likely a background working as a Project Manager at an advertising agency, preferably with knowledge in retail. You are a hands on positive ”doer”, innovative and used to work in an agile environment. As well as being open-minded, you are also curious and structured with a skill for time management. You thrive in fast-paced environments and you have a talent for seeing opportunities instead of obsticles. As a Sr Project Manager at Cheil Nordic, you will be a part of the Cheil network. A network which consists of 6 000 talented individuals operating from 48 offices and 7 affiliates in 41 countries globally.   

 

Preferable advantages is if you hold and PMP- and/or Prince2 Certification . Official language of Cheil and in the network is English so fluency is crucial and other Nordic languages is an advantage
