SENIOR STRATEGIST TO IDENTITY WORKS
Are you our next Senior Strategist? We’re about to grow our IW family with a Senior Strategist. We are looking for an experienced Strategist with the authority to act as senior advisors to our clients.
As a Senior Strategist you’ll find yourself working with a broad range of clients and projects, such as brand portfolio, brand architecture, brand platform and brand narrative development. You’ll be part of our strategy team, taking on the strategic lead role in client projects and working close together with different competences at the agency.
Ideally you have 8+ years of experience from the agency world or consultancy work, you are comfortable defining strategic challenges, facilitating the strategy process and bringing brands to life through captivating narratives. We are looking for a team player with an eye for branding and an edge in brand storytelling.
In return, we’ll provide a diverse mix of new friends and exciting projects for clients such as Arla, Swedish Match, Kronans Apotek, Santa Maria and Holmen.

Understand the clients’ business challenges and needs, with an ability to make the complex crisp and clear.
Develop strategic recommendations based on solid reasoning and business understanding.
Ability to write engaging brand narratives and copy for brand platforms.
Ability to handle a broad range of projects and clients.
Build trust and long term client relationships.
Support Client Directors in new business for existing and new clients
Team player, good listener and collaborator, working well with different personalities, competences and partners.
Requirements:
+8 years of experience from consultancy work, for example from a branding agency or other type of creative agency with a strategic offering.
Consulting experience is a must, but additional experience from marketing or commercial roles on the client side is a plus.
Experience from business and brand development in B2C and B2B industries. For service focused/ digital first clients as well as product brands.
Academic background from graduate level programs at a well renowned business schools. Master degree or equivalent.
Proven strategic abilities, copywriting and storytelling skills from previous work.
Proactive, perceptive and positive personality.
Strong presentation skills and confident workshop/process leader.
Fluent in Swedish and English.
Experienced Keynote user.
