About the role
As Nordic Media Manager, you will be an important part of our Brand Marketing & Communications Department. You will take on the media lead role in selected projects, working closely together with different competences at both If as well as external agencies. In your role you will lead and develop diverse media projects and serve as the organization’s media liaison and spokesperson. To ensure success, our Nordic Media Managed should demonstrate a wide degree of media competence with a keen interest in shaping an organization’s strategy and image through appropriate communication to the outside world. This specialty covers both strategic and operational management and implementation of activities related to our external communication and media distribution.
Who are you?
We are looking to hire a Nordic Media Manager with confident communication and people skills. Our Nordic Media Manager is expected to possess superb project management and organizational skills with the ability to work comfortably in a pan-Nordic environment.
As a Nordic Media Manager you will find yourself working with a broad range of projects, such as brand campaigns across Nordics, competence development within the field, media buying efficiency, brand and ad spend tracking as well as stakeholder cooperation. You´ll have close contact with both media and creative agencies but also important media owners and vendors on all markets. You´ll also act as senior media advisor towards local marketing departments.
Ideally you have 5+ years experiences from the agency world or consultancy work, you are comfortable defining strategic media challenges, facilitating the planning process and develop campaigns based on media, brand and consumer insights. You have an analytical mind with a creative eye to further develop our media excellence. We think you are a good listener and communicator - working well with different personalities, competences and external partners. You need to have the ability to juggle many tasks at once but we’re in it together and you will have a great support from your team members.

You also have:
Academic background with bachelor’s degree in marketing/media/business or equivalent.
Experience from media planning and strategy in B2C and/or B2B industries.
5+ years of experience working with leading media projects within marketing and communication.
Demonstrable experience with building effective marketing campaigns.
Experience from working with brand tracking is a plus
Experience from agile way of working is a plus.
Fluent in one of the Nordic languages, plus English.
Work location: Stockholm (Bergshamra), Helsinki (Espoo), Oslo (Vækerø) or Copenhagen (Stamholmen). Some travelling might be required in the future.
