As a Nordic Insight Manager you will ensure that our brand is defined by this mission and by providing insights regarding our marketing you´ll have a key role in developing our brand advertising connected to our strategy. About the role
As Nordic Insight Manager, you will be an important part of our Nordic Media & Insight team. To ensure success, you should be a strong advocate of insight and data-driven marketing, and by that shaping our brand image and communication to the outside world. In your role you will develop and lead diverse insight projects within brand communication and serve as the organization’s expert and spokesperson within the field. You are able to turn both quantitative and qualitative research provided by our partners into insights and learnings that will shape the way we develop media buying and creative campaigns – always keeping the customer at heart. This means analysis and reporting of brand learnings, and applying these into our creative and media planning, is a big part of the everyday job.

Who are you?
Your ambition is to have a core role in marketing insights and strategic development of communication. You have a genuine interest and passion for marketing and media, and the opportunity to contribute to our brand KPIs is something that motivates you. You have an analytical mind with a creative eye to further develop our insight excellence. Your inner drive is strong, and you have a talent for creating relations internally and externally. You are confident in holding presentations. A high sense of responsibility defines you, and you can be trusted to deliver. You are a self-motivated person with a proactive attitude, and you challenge yourself to grow.
You also have:
· Relevant academic/university degree
· Experience from working with brand tracking, brand equity monitoring and/or campaign evaluations
· Experience in translating data into relevant insights for media and creative development
· Understanding of both quantitative and qualitative research methods
· Knowledge within media landscape and planning is a plus
· 3+ years of experience working with brand insight projects
· Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills
· Fluent in one of the Nordic languages, plus English (primary company language).
Additional facts and recruitment process
Work location: Stockholm (Bergshamra), Espoo, Oslo (Vækerø) or Copenhagen (Stamholmen). Travelling a couple of times a year in the Nordic countries is required.
