Nordic Digital Marketing Manager to If
We are looking for a business-oriented and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead digital marketing for a defined line of business (LOB) across the Nordics. In this role, you will drive growth through clear prioritization, strong stakeholder alignment, and accountable campaign execution.
About the Role
As a Marketing Manager, you own the end-to-end digital marketing for your LOB — from yearly planning to execution and performance follow-up. You work closely with other Nordic Digital Marketing Manager, who is responsible for media planning and optimization for the defined line of business. You ensure that marketing activities directly support business goals and deliver measurable revenue impact through defined KPI’s, collaborating with key stakeholders to translate strategy into concrete campaigns across markets.
Key Responsibilities
· Own the yearly marketing plan for your line of business at a Nordic level, aligned with business and sales targets.
· Align stakeholders on priorities, plans, and expected outcomes.
· Ensure the right products, messages, and timing in close collaboration with the product department, digital sales, and the creative team.
· Ensure campaigns follow brand, legal, and best practice requirements.
· Manage and allocate budgets effectively across markets and channels.
· Work closely with other digital marketing manager, who is responsible for media planning and optimizations of the campaigns.
· Be accountable for digital marketing performance.
· Participate in digital marketing development projects, in line with the agreed roadmap.

You’ll join a Nordic performance marketing team operating across all Nordic countries. We work closely with Brand Marketing, Media & Insights, media agencies, and internal stakeholders to produce high-quality creative assets that drive measurable results. Requirements
· 5–10+ years of experience in digital/performance marketing
· Experience of driving campaigns towards business or sales targets
· Experience of working with budgets and performance KPIs (e.g., CPA, ROAS)
· Strong stakeholder collaboration experience
· Fluent in English
