Marketing Manager SMB & Payments to iZettle
We’re looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to our global marketing team. You’ve most likely been working in a similar role, managed complex projects, with multiple stakeholders, various marketing activities and markets. You revel in the thrill of working in cross functional teams, managing resources and stakeholders to deliver significant business growth.

As Marketing Manager Core, Payments & Capital, you’ll be working across departments and markets. Whilst a big share of your work will be project management, you will also work with your key business partners across the organisation around vision, strategy and toolboxes - to enable the local marketing and sales teams succeed.
You’ll be working closely with your Marketing, Sales, Product and Customer Support/Engagement colleagues to deliver top-notch business results via projects, initiatives, analyses, marketing toolboxes and content. This is a high-paced, hands-on role and would suit someone who is up for an exciting challenge.
In this role you will:
Work closely with the Marketing, Sales, Customer Support/Engagement and Product teams to ensure the right go to market strategy, projects, initiatives and executions to support iZettle’s continuous growth and success
Work closely with the Marketing and Sales teams to ensure successful lead/demand generation to fuel iZettle’s growth through acquisition
Contribute to the Core, Payments and Capital strategy and drive the go to market plan and initiative executions
Work on ensuring a successful PayPal integration of Capital product offering
Work closely with the Sales & Marketing team to create winning toolboxes for successful local execution
Work closely with colleagues from across the organisation to ensure successful product, initiative and campaign roll out across markets
Your background & profile:
You have 10+ years’ experience in a similar role with focus on project management, stakeholder management, strategy and execution
You're business oriented and data driven with strong analytical skills - able to evaluate channel and campaign success from strategic, brand and financial perspectives and develop business cases based on ROI
You're a strong team player with strong stakeholder management skills
You have an excellent track record of success in fast-paced environments with changing priorities
You have a track record of successful demand/lead generation execution
You enjoy contributing with structure and focus in a less structured environment
Relevant experience from the Financial services, preferably within the Payments area
Experience from SMB Marketing with strong focus on Demand/Lead generation
B2C Marketing experience is a bonus
A background in a high growth tech company in the scale up phase is meriting
