Your primary area of responsibility as a Marketing Manager will be to articulate and communicate the value of the Volvo On Demand product to the market. You will work in close collaboration with the Head of Marketing and other members of the Marketing and Communications team to enhance and create consistency around the brand identity of Volvo On Demand and to strengthen the connections with our customers.

Your role will include strategizing and planning what and how to communicate around our product offering. You will also work with the creative side of the marketing team and external parties for campaign production.

With the aim to help our business grow fast, you will lead a wide range of projects to find new ways to generate marketing qualified leads, relevant to the Volvo On Demand offering. Other projects will include the management of agency work or translations as we expand our business to new markets outside Sweden.

This role will include the analysis of the marketing data performance in order to optimize our marketing efforts. You will take on new and complex initiatives that will support the growth and conversion of our product offering.

You show experience with most of the following...

●  You have experience with managing content creation, delivering marketing offerings and can express yourself well in English. Swedish fluency is a plus for this position.

●  You have a background in marketing and/or communications and a few years of experience in a role of similar seniority.

●  You are used to collaborating closely with leaders and stakeholders across functions internally and outside of the organization and you are familiar with the agile ways of working.

●  You have experience working within a marketing department of a digital product company or at agencies with a focus on advertising/media management.

●  You enjoy working in an agile and flat environment where decisions are data-informed, and turned into actionable insights with clear recommendations.

●  You have excellent project management skills, are solution-oriented, and like working autonomously.

●  You will be a part of the Marketing Department and report to our Head of Marketing.

●  Extra awesome if you have experience or knowledge of any of the following:

●  Familiar with working with a product that is both a digital and a physical experience.

●  Familiar with Growth methods and scaling of a product

●  Familiar with tools such as G-Suite, Slack, Favro and Miro, comfortable working with and analyzing large data sets.
