The role

As Head of Media & Digital Growth, you’ll play a key role in shaping JumpYard’s international growth journey. This is a hybrid role – combining the strategic oversight of media investments with the data-driven mindset of growth marketing.

You’ll own the media & growth strategy, manage investments across multiple markets, and ensure every campaign delivers measurable impact – from brand awareness and reach to conversions and retention.

 

Responsibilities

  • Develop and own JumpYard’s media & digital growth strategy internationally.

  • Manage the full channel mix: Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, Programmatic/Display, as well as traditional media such as OOH, TV, and radio.

  • Build audience and segmentation strategies, defining who to reach, where, and when.

  • Create and manage media plans and budget allocations across markets.

  • Balance brand-building and performance marketing to maximize both awareness and conversion.

  • Conduct forecasting and scenario planning to guide investment decisions.

  • Monitor competitors’ activity and track share of voice and market presence.

  • Collaborate with creative teams and partners to align assets with media best practices.

  • Optimize media mix and investments across markets for ROI and scalability.

  • Build and analyze funnel structures

  • Ensure budgeting, attribution, and performance tracking at all levels.

  • Manage and negotiate with agencies and media partners, from briefing to evaluation.

  • Initiate and evaluate test & learn experiments (new channels, tactics, formats).

  • Drive CRO and customer journey optimization in sync with digital campaigns.

  • Produce and deliver reports and insights

Who you are

  • 5+ years of experience in media and digital marketing at a senior level.

  • Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, programmatic/display, plus knowledge of traditional media (OOH, print, TV, radio).

  • Skilled in audience segmentation, media planning, and forecasting.

  • Experience with CRO, A/B testing, funnel analytics, and attribution models.

  • Knowledge of reporting and BI tools (GA4, Looker Studio, Power BI or similar).

  • Analytical and data-driven, with a strong commercial mindset.

  • Strategic, but curious and hands-on enough to challenge agencies and partners on details.

  • Experienced in managing budgets and multi-market campaigns.
