Pophouse is now looking for a Head of IP Brand to manage one of our music catalogue brands.

Being the key brand guardian, this role takes the lead on ensuring the brand vision is protected on all brand and project marketing, whilst as the same time keeping attention on opportunities that arises.

This role will be representing the brand in all relevant forums, working with all brand stakeholders to ensure coordination, collaboration and brand representation - across all projects within the brand universe.  

SUMMARY OF ROLE

·       Oversee key projects across multiple categories.

·       Be the brand guardian in all aspects of the development of projects and assets.

·       Responsible for briefing our in-house studio - achieving high quality assets.

·       Manage all social accounts.

·       Lead strategic meetings with both internal and external stakeholders and manage stakeholder relationships.

·       The main point of contact for all main stakeholders.

·       Ensuring long-term brand value through brand equity monitoring.

THE PERSON WE ARE LOOKING FOR

·       Demonstrate professional experience in a marketing/brand management role.

·       Expert negotiator and stakeholder manager.

·       Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written.

·       Self-motivated, enthusiastic, creative and innovative.

·       Able to work across multiple projects simultaneously and deliver against tight deadlines.

·       Able to work autonomously and to remain agile and prioritize projects in a rapidly changing work environment.

·       Strong team-working skills and the ability to maintain good working relationships with internal and external teams.
