Head of Digital to Cheil Nordic

 


Cheil Nordic opened in Stockholm in 2013 and work across all the Nordic markets. We’re particularly proud of our work within retail /events experience, digital platform services and social media where we help clients create branded interactions with content and storytelling supported by best-in-class user experience. Our primary client is Samsung Electronics, a leader in consumer electronics and technology as well as Beiersdorf (Nivea), a leader in the skincare industry.

Based on our continual growth we are looking for a Head of Digital to further elevate our Team. Your responsibilities include:

  • Build digital marketing roadmaps for our clients

  • Manage all of clients’ digital marketing channels (eg. Website, e-shop and social media) to ensure brand consistency and performance

  • Be able to measure ROI and create strategies to successfully reach KPIs

  • Campaign development to create and maintain high levels of customer interaction

(Awareness, Engagement and Conversion)

  •  Manage and improve on-line content, considering SEO and Analytics (Adobe, Google etc)

  • Monitor clients’ competition and provide ideas to stand out

  • Stay up-to-date with developments in the digital field

  • Building valued relationships with senior clients and their teams

  • Navigating the Cheil group and Network for new digital business opportunities

  • Collaborating with all disciplines but especially operations, technology, data and creatives.

  • Thinking long term, anticipating and shaping the corridor conversations

  • Staff responsibility to team of 12 & hiring, managing, and mentoring your team

  • Organizing, planning and running high profile workshops

  • Hunting down new business opportunities - by understanding client pain points, Cheil

    capabilities and from corridor conversations

Who are you?

 

In this role we are looking for a person who is self-confident and have a professional manner. You have a strong background within Digital Platform and Marketing. Fluency in English is a prerequisite. You are known to be detail-oriented and take initiatives for your own development.

  • Have substantial experience in a creative, digital, customer agency or consultancy environment

  • Strong understanding of all current digital maketing channels and media effectiveness

  • Solid knowledge of on-line marketing tools and best practices

  • Hands on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, CRM software and Adobe Marketing Cloud

  • Demonstrate experience in designing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns

  •  Lead collaborative teams – the mindset is critical to this role - both with client & internal

    teams. This is a fundamental.

  •  Have an appetite for end to end involvement and contribution to project lifecycle - safeguard the strategic objectives at every phase of the journey - not just inception.

  • Hire, grow and mentor best-in-class teams. Ensure key talent is retained and cultivated.

  • Lead formulating and delivering on digital driven marketing for Clients, working in partnership with business and creative leads.

  • Have a deep understanding of data, brand, and O2O customer experience

  • Have an entrepreneurial mindset with an ability to identify how and when business challenges could be effectively solved by experience-led integrated marketing (and create compelling cases for steering clients towards alternative approaches)

  •  Making complicated stuff simple. Reading everything, crunching everything, considering everything. Taking everything in, throwing away what doesn't matter and holding onto what does. Then helping everyone else understand it.
