To secure a world class customer experience online Pophouse is now looking for a Head of Customer Journey to join the marketing team. The ambition is to ensure consistency across all touchpoints, i.e. we need to tell a consistent story from A to Z, from brand awareness to loyalty programs – knowing this is not linear process, rather a system of non-stop-evolving-loops.  

 
SUMMARY OF ROLE 

  • Responsible for the group’s digital eco-system – to increase stickiness for Pophouse and all subsidiaries.  

  • Savvy in using data & insights to unlock new demographics and penetrate existing ones.  

  • People manager for the digital media/growth marketing sub team. 

  • Oversees key projects across multiple categories. 

  • Leads strategic meetings with internal and external stakeholders. 

  • This role will be guarding the customer/fan-first-mindset in all relevant forums, working with all stakeholders to ensure coordination and collaboration across the organization.

  • Demonstrate professional experience in a customer journey type of role. 

  • Expert negotiator and stakeholder manager.  

  • Analytical skills – can transform data into growth marketing actions.  

  • Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written. 

  • Proven self starter.  

  • Inspiring leader.  

  • Able to work across multiple projects simultaneously and deliver against tight deadlines. 

  • Able to work autonomously and to remain agile and prioritize projects in a rapidly changing work environment. 

  • Strong team-working skills and the ability to maintain good working relationships with internal and external teams.
