Pophouse is now looking for a Head of Brand Design to oversee and deliver world-class designs for all brands within our portfolio.

As Head of Brand Design, you will be responsible for developing the programs that enable our operational excellence and amplifying the importance of design throughout Pophouse. This role is a key member of the brand team working closely with the Brand Director.

SUMMARY OF ROLE

·       Overall responsible for the visual look & feel of brand identities within the Pophouse portfolio.

·       Lead design processes and the development of innovative brand identities. 

·       Plan and implement strategy for design organization, including the selection of design partners.

·       Ensuring that the visual design always represents the overarching brand strategy.

·       Be the champion of brand design across departments. 

THE PERSON WE ARE LOOKING FOR

·       Demonstrate professional experience in a Design lead role in a large complex company or at a design agency with multiple clients

·       Experience in building, leading and developing design programs

·       Great conceptual thinking with the ability to translate strategy into a creative and compelling design solution.

·       Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written.

·       Self-motivated, enthusiastic, creative and with an eye for details.

·       Able to work across multiple projects simultaneously and deliver against tight deadlines.

·       Able to work autonomously and to remain agile and prioritize projects in a rapidly changing work environment.

·       Strong team-working skills and the ability to maintain good working relationships with internal and external teams.
