ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
We are looking for a savvy new colleague to take charge, build and lead our communications and marketing efforts. The role requires a strategic and very hands-on mindset and approach. As you will be part of the leadership team, you will represent and build the company as much as you lead in your area of expertise. This is what makes this role so exciting!
The responsibility includes all Communication, PR, and Customer and Product Marketing, and you’ll be a part of the leadership team. The core of this role is to build trust and unified brand identity. You will be leading the communication to our audience of CEOs and Boards with one voice across all channels.
Customers already love our analytics platform. As we are stepping up the game, we believe you are willing to invest time to understand our market, so you can further adapt, position, and market BoardClic's products into our ever-increasing audience’s reality.
We believe that Communication is your edge, even if Marketing will be part of your responsibility.
BoardClic is a scale-up; as such, you need to be keen on working strategically and hands-on while also working closely with our CEO, management team and the Product, Customer Success, and Sales team.
HERE ARE SOME OF THE TOPICS YOU CAN LOOK FORWARD TO:
Strategic communications – PR, publicity, thought-leadership – how our firm, products, and people are viewed in the market
Brand awareness and trust - messaging in various channels, including storytelling, blogs, articles, webinars, etc.
Brand Identity –leverage our tonality and develop brand language
Digital - crafting awareness and demand for our platform and working with the entire acquisition funnel
Building and leading our marketing team - product and customer marketing
WE BELIEVE THAT YOU HAVE
A proven experience of having successfully led B2B Communications & Product Marketing on a strategic level to advance an organisation's mission and goals
A background in hands-on copywriting and production of written material. We believe that you have a true passion and love for storytelling.
Experience from SaaS/tech companies is an advantage
Successful experience in leading external agencies and other specialists
A good understanding of marketing strategies such as inbound and content marketing and product marketing
A passionate personality with an ability to influence and engage
Ability to make decisions in a changing environment
Is upbeat, collaborative, and proactive
Exceptional written, spoken, interpersonal, and presentation skills
