To ensure we have the right processes and tools to connect and communicate with our fanbases we are now looking for a CRM Analyst to join the Engagement & CRM Team.

As a CRM Analyst you will be responsible for the maintenance and management of CRM systems and customer data, upskilling brand and local marketing teams in effective CRM processes and supporting the Marketing leadership with data & reports.

SUMMARY OF ROLE

·       Manages and maintains CRM toolbox, systems integrations and customer data.

·       Initiates CRM activities together with local marketing teams in order to build brand loyalty and increase engagement.

·       Provides insight into customer behavior and interactions at different stages of their relationship with managed brands.

 ·       Identifies, recommends, and implements quality and efficiency improvements to CRM processes.

·       Responsible for creating reports for both Group and local marketing to facilitate decision-making.

 ·       Assisting Head of Engagement & CRM in developing and implementing CRM strategies.

THE PERSON WE ARE LOOKING FOR

·       Able to work autonomously and to remain agile and prioritize projects in a rapidly changing work environment.

·       Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

 ·       System & software savvy with statistical skills for data analysis.

 ·       Self-starter with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

 ·       Experienced in creating and delivering on-point presentations to all levels of management and decision-makers.

 ·       Strong team-working skills and the ability to maintain good working relationships with internal and external teams.
