Cheil Nordic opened an office in Stockholm during the second quarter of 2013. We work across all the Nordic markets. We’re particularly proud of our work within retail/events experience, digital platform services and social media where we help clients create branded interactions with content and storytelling supported by best-in-class user experience.

Based on our continual growth we are looking for a Creative Director to further elevate our team.

As Creative Director you will have an overall responsibility for the creative output of the agency, including setting standards and guide the team towards creative and design excellence. Hands-on involvement in projects where needed. You will be part of an international, past-paced, collaborative and dynamic environment. The Creative Director has direct responsibility for the creative team, currently made up of 6 people.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Create and achieve the highest standards for creativity and design across physical and digital channels for our clients. 

  • Make the creative team grow and develop

  • Develop new skills and offerings within the creative department



You are a creative person who strives to reach new creative heights. As a leader you are humble and believe that strong leadership comes from a genuine respect for colleagues and clients. You are a multiplier and very collaborative, you thrive to work in team environments and are great at making people come together. You are also systematic and can break down assignments and challenges in a holistic fashion, so they are easier to solve step-by-step.
