Community & Fanbase Coordinator Pophouse

To ensure we are relevant and authentic when communicating with fans and customers we are looking for a Community & Fanbase Coordinator to join the Engagement & CRM Team.
As the Community & Fanbase Coordinator you are owning the fan perspective while supporting marketing and brand managers to deliver on the super-charged brand value that fandom brings. You are spending a big chunk of your time researching fandom and activates brands within both formal and informal community forums.
SUMMARY OF ROLE
· Responsible for planning & launching strategic community initiatives.
· Identifies touchpoints and tracks relevant community metrics.
· Owns the fan perspective and encourages local marketing to embrace and become a part of relevant communities.
· Organizes and participates in both digital and offline events to build community and boost brand awareness.
· Researches and promotes authenticity in targeted communication.
· Supports local marketing & IP brand managers with content and planning for customer communication.
· Coordinates with Marketing, PR and Communications teams to ensure brand consistency.
· Builds relationships with fans, customers and relevant industry professionals.
THE PERSON WE ARE LOOKING FOR
· Has experience being a fan and understands fandom interactions with brands, teams and artists.
· Experience from similar role, preferably in music, gaming or sports.
· Self-starter with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Experience of value-driven communication with fans.
· Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
· Strong team-working skills and the ability to maintain good working relationships with internal and external teams.
