The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Account Manager (7+ years in B2B SaaS account management) to own and grow customer relationships across the food industry.
You’ll be responsible for maximizing customer success and delivering measurable ROI, while driving annual recurring revenue through renewals, upsells, and cross-sells. Acting as a trusted advisor, you’ll partner with decision-makers and stakeholders to align Klimato’s solutions with their business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Growth & ARR Targets
● Own ARR targets across your portfolio.
● Drive renewals and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
● Build account growth plans and lead business reviews to showcase impact.
Customer Relationship Management
● Serve as the main point of contact for strategic B2B accounts.
● Build long-term, trust-based relationships with senior stakeholders.
● Understand client needs, challenges, and business objectives to provide solutions.
Customer Success & Retention
● Lead onboarding and ensure smooth product adoption.
Monitor account health, mitigate churn risks, and ensure satisfaction
What we are looking for
We’re looking for individuals with 7+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, with the following attributes:
● 7+ years in account management, customer success, or client-facing B2B roles (SaaS experience a plus).
● Proven track record of meeting ARR/renewal targets.
● Strong ability to build senior-level relationships and act as a strategic advisor.
● Proactive, solutions-oriented, and resilient in a fast-paced environment.
● Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
